Calming Support Through Life's Challenges Across Kettering, the Surrounding Areas & Online
A warm welcome! Thanks for being here. I’m Kay and I offer attuned, calming person-centred counselling sessions. I started my training in 2019 and took the long but worthwhile road to qualifying in 2026.
I work in a relational way, supporting you to feel at ease to look at areas of your life you’d like to bring to sessions. If you’re searching for a place where you won’t be judged or rushed into talking, where you can hear yourself amongst the noise of the world to feel heard and understood – you've come to the right place.
I've worked with many clients of varied ages (18+) going through the complex process of loss and grief. I also work with clients who have experienced childhood sexual abuse as an associate counsellor for a specialist charity.

Counselling provides a gentle, structured environment to work through difficult emotions and experiences. It can help you:
Identify your own needs and re-connect with yourself

I work from a comfortable, private room located in Thrapston, serving clients across Kettering, Burton Latimer, Rushden, Wellingborough, and surrounding areas.
Online and phone sessions can be an effective way to access support when time is limited, you don’t feel ready for face-to-face sessions, or find it difficult to leave your safe space.
I offer a free, bookable chat to discuss your needs and to see if we’d be a good fit (please note this is not a counselling session).
Counselling sessions are for 50 minutes, usually happen weekly and the session fee is £50. Fortnightly sessions are also available subject to session space.
Payment required 24 hours before the session appointment. I have limited sessions on reduced rates for counselling students and unpaid carers.
